Road Course: GIAC vs COBB

HELLO, WHERE ARE, GIAC AND COBB TUNES!
I road course my GIAC TTS, I have never seen either a GIAC or Cobb tuned TTs at any of the track days at Palm beach International Raceway, Homestead, and Sebring during the last year. I would love to see how a COBB tune runs on a road course!

Love to see more TTS at the track, pullig away from GT3s and Z06s

Come to COTA. That is a Fabspeed vs. FVD piggyback there. I now have Cobb and haven't been able to get back out to COTA since but I will.......

The guy that does these is really talented. His company is Photomotion. You get about 70 shots for $70. It's worth the money.

I track my COBB turbo. Nice to datalog and change tunes on the fly while at the track!

Not exactly a track, but a true torture test using the COBB AP on Pike's Peak. 3 part series that I thought was pretty cool.

I have yet to run against another giac or cobb at a track, or even another 991 turbo for that matter. Like Karl stated this car runs and hides from almost everything. Jmorgan you got bigger ***** than most, Im running flat out there would be no time to take your attention off the track and switch tunes during a session, In the pits sure.

Hey Mark, I am pretty sure that is what he means. Change tunes in the pits on the fly, not during a hot lap

yeah, you have to turn the car off to change tunes with the Cobb AP.

Let me say you guys it's pretty crazy. The GT3's used to always walk the turbos and then the turbos would be a pain in the *** on the straits. The 991TT just takes everything down!

What both tuners ,Cobb and GIAC ,should offer separate, road course and drag strip tunes.
BTW, you can program GIAC on the fly, just not custom. I change mine from 93oct to 100 oct on the fly, or as you would say in the pitts.

Yeah Porsche just released new TT times although a bit simulated besting the GT3 RS by a substantial margin. Considering the current GT3 RS pricing the TT remains a steal.
