judging by those values, I feel ok with the car i bought last month. 2015 Turbo S 193 sticker paid 155 with 660 miles.

 

Check under the car. After a track day there are a bunch of black marks caused by bits of tire that are thrown up and are the mark of a tracked car. See pic of my m3 after a track day. Takes polish to remove and most people miss some under the car.

Also learn what to look for in warn out PCCBs. They won't last long if tracked but if never tracked they should look pristine even after years of regular driving.
