So the big question is... Wait for a 991 turbo s or get a deal on a 997 turbo s? I have been building my way up the brand latter and my next target is the turbo s. My dealer has said they could do a great deal on the 997 turbo s starting in September

997 Turbo S now. It'll be 2-3 years before we see a 991 Turbo, much less a Turbo S. Enjoy it now, then trade if you feel like it then.

Attended World Roadshow in Monticello last Friday. A bunch of the PCNA people separately confirmed to me that details on the 991 will be released at the end of July (i.e., well before Frankfurt in Sept).

Awesome! Btw, I would've looked into attending but I didn't realize it was in Monticello until the 11th.

I really like the look of the new car, not a big fan of the inside. I believe the 911 should not look like the rest of the Porsche line. Just my .02

Yeah thats what Manhattan Motors Cars Porsche is saying as well, pics out by sept, and delivery by feb, and the c4s should be out by jun/july of 2012. I think this car is going to do very well, the economy is bouncing back a little better, plus people have been waiting and saving for this car for a minute now. The dealer also said expect a 1-2% increase in price, i hope that is true, if so that just in my budget .....

Any mention of how they will be priced relative to MSRP? The MSRP for the 2012 C2S 997-2 looks like it went up $1400 compared to 2011. I wonder how they'll price the 2012 991's. WHO KNOWS
