Thanks for the pic. What do folks think? I'm not digging it yet. Kind of messes up the roof line of the car.

i think it`s "okay" looking, not as homogeneous as the smaller roof before but it offers more head room and more "open air" feeling: almost a 997 targa like sliding roof. i think that´s probably the reason why they changed it cause the upcoming Targa is said to get a foldable old school Targa Top.
So the current 991 targa owners can decide between this big, new sunroof (kind of what they currently have, just on the outside) or the new foldable solution, which would attract many new customers but not all of the current ones.

Perhaps this one will allow a back facing baby seat, which will imply better room, as I tried to fit a car seat facing back and is just not feasible.
Selling that idea today for the better half, proper family car real (little) people carrier, sensitive and economic with 7th gear. Not to mention that the brochure is printed in recycled paper...
not feasible?

You are shadow!

Forget British humor. You're humor is killing me! Perhaps I should enjoy the view from the back with my 8 year old chauffeur.

i would love to have a son like him and just sit on the back seats while is tearing everything apart, from tarmac to gravel.
i should really consider it, i mean the kid is from finland but thinking about how much snow plows i saw last winter, it may not be too far off!

Maybe you could rent him for the weekend. That way you don't have to train him or start from scratch.

we should get back to topic, a teutonic guy showing too much humor is confusing many people on here.
so where is the first appropriate pic of a 6ft. sitting in the new 991 rear seats with a 6ft. 8 year old behind the wheel?
