Chrome Trims around window
#2
i think chrome trim works best with classic colors, such as white, beige, darkblue, darkgreen, burgundy, black, silver, gray or brown
and ONLY together with SILVER alloys.
i would never put chrome trim on wild colors such as yellow, red, orange, green or llightblue.
those colors scream "sport" and go best with black trim and black wheels imho.

958tt - can't you get the black out trim, i think it's only couple hundred $$. I went with the chrome on the Cayenne as I have the polished lip on the wheels, compliments it and matches the quad exhaust too.

I did get the blacked out trim on the second 958 TT. My first one had the chrome, and it is just not my thing. I prefer the look of the blackened trim pieces. It was like $200-$300 on the second 958 TT I ordered.

Not really like that. It's not blacked out like the option of the 958tt and Panny, the 911s has plastic.

Has anyone seen what it looks like on a car? Is the standard window frame are made of plastic? Maby someone may have some pictures?
Just assembles the car and it is the only thing about which I'm not sure ... Seems to me that the car with chrome trims looks more exclusive.

watch the video, both 991s come with chrome trims.
it makes a difference on the blue car because of the contrasting body color,
on the silver car it`s hardly noticeable.

That is truly a beautiful car, both of them. How could anyone not like that.
And the chrome trim is very classy, goes with the rest of the car. Superb. A real step up from 997 and the vid shows exactly where. Am still not 100% sure about the ducktail on the silver S but the front bumper IS a nice addition afterall. The S is no doubt the pick, but that blue is sensational.
