991 Leather Interior

991 Leather Interior
Hello-does anyone know if the leather interior option on the 991 comes with the same leather detail as the 997. For example are the dash and doors still covered in leather? It seems with the 991 there are quite a few individual leather options on top of the leather package.
Thanks in advance.

Yes - that list was hard for me to find too - and the configurator will allow you to add them one by one AND as a whole - thereby double billing you.
Hey Porsche - simpler is better, less is sometimes more. And I don't need the ability to leather wrap each individual air vent slat in premium leather on the left and alcantara on the right
Here is the broken configuration below. I built a simple car - add up the options and you will get $10,295 in "equipment". But see the total on the upper right? $12,005 for equipment. That is because I added leather dash and full leather at the same time. The list corrected it (so you can't see the individual leather option) but the price included the added individual leather dash which was $1,710. The exact amount of a duplicate leather dash. SO I guess the send you an additional leather dash in a box.

I might sound overly irritable about the excessive options, but those of you who remember my ordering debacle on my 997.2 last year will understand.
Porsche forgot to add 3 items on my car but included them on the build sheet, window sticker and attached to the vin as existing on the car. PSExhaust, Dynamic headlamps, and Sport Chrono. Porsche ate the car after I walked away.
Well now it's time for me to order a 991 and I am getting confused - but it's gradually clearing up as I just chalk the errors up to bad programming on Porsches part. I am learning what they "mean to say" but aren't saying correctly

P.S.: It doesn't add to resale like full leather does, if that matters.
There are other leather additions that can be added to the already leather door panels and console (both front and rear) if you really want to run the price up.

No, it's a broken configurator - we confirmed it at the dealership - the calculator on the website doesn't jive with their tool.
I'm not sure which you are quoting - there is no $1,750 leather option. I think you meant to say $1710. And if the configurator works, why isn't the "add'l leather dash bits" option showing up on my screenshot above? - I selected it.
