I ordered teh sport design wheel so I'm not worried about that but I am really having doubts. The red is nice on white but that one costs $$. I don't even know what the punishment would be for changing my build at this point anyway. The car is already made to my knowledge so someone is going to end up with it.

No doubt about the resale... It would be very hard to find a buyer wanting this interior color

Beige especially sand beige ( kinda bit darker shade) be much better color combo but what do i know ? I drive a CW 997 TT with charcoal interior

I have had beige before and it wears too quickly and shows dirt more in my opinion. I spoke to the dealer and he said blue interiors have no effect on resale, however , he did say certain exterior colors may have a negative impact. I will stick with the plan.

Good choice now that the car is made. Also the fact is that blue does go with white and resale is presumably not your primary reason for buying the car. You will enjoy that car a lot, and this color combination though less common than others will take nothing away from that.
Resale also becomes less of a concern if you plan to enjoy the car for a few years plus the difference on resale won't be all that much any way.

Blue interior is not for everybody...including me. I guess Porsche wouldn't offer it if no one bought it.

Nothing wrong with Yachting blue, but you didn't want Espresso full leather?

Expresso full leather is nice but I wouldn't pay another 4500 for it. For that I would go with red. I will just stick with the free blue.

I went over to the local dealer and laid eyes on an actual sample of yachting blue. It's gorgeous. It is a shade bluer than "sea blue" which was used in the 997. Disregard my original post. It is a deep rich dark blue and will look great. Expresso was nice too

It's +$1,510. But no worries - just an idea. It's a different kind of leather - it's not the color you are getting charged for.

I think...the whole thing get's blurred with the seat type and if you got full leather with your blue. But the difference between full leather blue and full leather espresso on each seat type is $1510. Evidently you didn't want Full Leather I HAD to have stitches on my dash - a must! Especially after seeing one with and one without at my dealer this week - really confirmed my order choice. Consider full leather - even if in yachting blue

Regardless you will have a neat car!! White is classic!!! And it will be your responsibility to take tons of quality pics for this forum in the "color" thread. You are the only yachting blue interior I've heard ordered.

I've talked to two sales reps from two different dealerships that went to California last week to drive the 991 and there was a white one there with Yachting Blue interior. I going to get a Silver with Yachting Blue and I have a Silver with Sea Blue now. Both of them told me they liked the White car with the Yachting Blue and both of them said it would not effect resale when I asked about the Silver with Yachting Blue interior. Both of them turned their nose up at black which was my other thought as I'm not spending the money for the two tone leather which would be my preference.

I had sea blue in my turbo, it was very dark, almost black in person. It always looked lighter in pictures.
I had no regrets.

I had a yachting blue panamera S with yachting blue / cream interior and cream stitch wherever there was yachting blue.

I sold it because of the cream (impossible to keep clean), not the yachting blue!

I am thinking about picking up a Panamera as my daily driver. This car looks really clean and has some nice options and is from a Porsche dealer. I have not seen the car and know little about it except the price seems relatively low. Is it becasue of the yachting blue interior? I love the exterior but the blue on the interior might be hurting the resale.
