Now combine the 9,000 (!!) rpm's with the lightning fast PDK and the stability and agility of the 991 chassis and you find out that the future GT3 is going to be a monster!
In daily driving, you very rarely go to the redline, whether it is at 7,500, 8,500 or 9,000 rpm. Only on the track will you get the full benefit and excitement of it.

I think that the only rollbar currently available for the 991 is made by BBI: http://bbiautosport.com/worlds-first-991-rear-rollbar/. I got mine through Supreme Power. It is featured in their build thread: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...-991-pics.html.
I do not know if it is "PCA approved" but I had it in my car for all kinds of DE's (I had the same rollbar in my first 991). Never raced the car though...
After that, you'll need to install bucket seats as I am not aware that any OEM 991 seat sold in the US will work with a harness. You have plenty of aftermarket options, go for 997 OEM bucket seats (but you'll have an airbag error message and the side airbags located in the seats will not work) or try to get OEM bucket seats for the 991 from Europe where they are available.

Cripes!!! I was trying to check on types of roll and harness and came across this! Serge are you using this??????
Don't click near anyone underage or kids! (not rude but you'll have some explaining to do)

Let us know about the german P03 option via Suncoast. Maybe the P03 seats will become available in the US with the 991 GT3???

But we should have something available hopefully when the GT3 and RS are released.

I also have my Recaro SPG seats for sale with the aluminum side mounts, sliders and brackets. As well as the Profi III 6pt harnesses.

First day at the track with the new 991S - a few pics...
Just received a CD in the mail with pics from last week's DE @ Road Atlanta.
I was there with a friend who also has a new 991S:
Guess what the 991's had for lunch?
NASCAR chase:
Full throttle out of turn 7:
and a couple more...
This last one shows how flat the cars stays with PDCC (approaching turn 12 at high speed, no body roll)
This post should get the thread above 100,000 views. Not sure it deserved it, but thanks for dropping by and contributing

Serge, AWESOME!! You really can see how PDCC keeps the car flat in that corner, and knowing you, you are no doubt pushing the car HARD.
How is your friend mounting his GoPro Camera? It looks like it's mounted to the tow hook. If so, just curious how it works. I have the standard suction cup mount.
