As for gas mileage my 991s is getting as good, if not better, then my old boxster S (about 25-26) normal driving with no city bumper to bumper. If I hit the highways around here which are very hilly in spots, I can pull 28 mpg and on a recent trip from NY to Ocean City Maryland (and lots of flat turnpikes) I was able to get 30mpg. I also watch my oil consumption closely and the first 3500 miles has eaten about three quarters of a quart. Oh and a lot of the above is keeping speeds at 65-75mph with little or no rocket starts.

At least they painted it to make it look more like the real flintstone house.
