What is wrong with this picture?

 

My car was available for delivery Feb 1, but I picked it up Feb 19! So waiting a couple of extra days is not the end of the world. You'll appreciate it more when you get it

 

True. I'll still zip over to the dealer and snap shots if I get time.

Luckily this time of year the snow will be gone in 48 hours. It's supposed to be 60's for the weekend. Wet stuff.

 

One additional note - this storm was WEIRD. I wore shorts yesterday because it was 65. Then we got a warm windstorm late at night - about 10pm. I thought the house was going to come down. The news said 80mph gusts in the foothills. We had 50-60mph down here. So about 10pm I went out into my backyard and stood and watched the trees because it was so violent - and still in shorts. it wasn't cold at all.

Then I woke to about 8".

 

I don't think you'll be zipping anywhere (more like sloshing) in that snow.



Maybe they cleaned the parking lot and will let you zip around that for a couple of minutes.

 

Speaking of windstorms, my observation is that the 991 moves around a bit more while driving during gusty sidewinds while my V8 sedan remains planted due to its much heavier weight.

Oh I plan on it - but for the first 30 days I want the bottom of the car to look like you can eat off it!! Delivery day fresh for a while. Next year it will be my dog sled !!

Maybe the unnecessary PASM Sport and/or PDCC would alleviate some the cross wind movements, eh aamersa?
