Seems that the Carnation Ace is running late. It should have been in port by now but still shows as out of range. Anyone have better info?

The rear reflectors are the reflectors on the bottom rear of the car, below the tail lamps on the bumper. Based on what I've seen of the replacements, it seems like it should pop in and out just as easy as the front turn signals. I'll find out soon enough.
Think there's a vendor on here selling them, "bumperplugs" or something like that. I bought mine through IND, as I had to get a set for my X5 which is being built as well for the wife.

 

I am pretty sure my car is on the Carnation Ace as well and I am trying to find it but it looks like it is not at port yet ... if I find it I will let you know ... last spotting I found was on the east coast pretty close to Rhode Island but I couldn't tell the distance.

 

Looks to be about 100 miles out....

Is your car a PDK or Manual ? The reason I ask is I ordered a Manual and I keep thinking I am getting the first batch of manual's in the USA ....

 

Is our ship at port yet ... the site I am going to shows the ship at the same place it was this morning.

Thanks! My car is a PDK. My build was posted previously - see my-991-s-build which had a last post date of March 8, 2012.

It was a touch choice to go with the PDK - my prior 997.2 was MT6 and it was good. I did not expect to like the PDK as much as I did. Congrats to you as well and I am looking forward to your build and pictures when it comes in!

Yours is days away also. I see that at lunch the CA had passed Key West and was putting some dust, as it were, between itself and FLA!

 

No worries. This is not MY thread, but rather a thread for those of us who are eagerly awaiting our new rides. It looks like I will live vicariously through you for a while. My luck will be that the car will come the day or two before my vacation and the car will be tucked away in my garage.

 

I actually think it is running behind its already delayed schedule. Thanks for the good vibes though and congrats on your impending delivery!
