An oddity..

I've been looking for a MT C2S for a little while, and they have proven to be few and far in the US. A lot of base 997 MT's, but not very many MT C2S available.

As a result I have found that they are priced on par with PDK's, in spite of the fact that PDK is a $$ option.

Am I alone in my findings and how does this bode for the future value?

Thanks
Dux

My local dealer has a black on black one with black wheels, premium, adaptive sport seats, Bose, PSE, sunroof and some other misc. options. MSRP is just over 113k.

Yes, I did see that one (slightly too "pimped" for my palette).
My point was that you can find a PDK with very similar options for the same price, if not slightly less. That is the oddity I was referring to..

Thanks.

All I meant was that after quite a bit of research, I find it odd that the MT C2S cars currently on the market are selling for the same $$$ amount than comparably spec'd PDK's.

Hence, I was wondering if the MT were selling at a slight premium or if the PDK vs MT option was a wash.

Just an observation. Nothing more, nothing less..

parkerfe is infamous around these parts
MT 911s will hold resale value much better in the long run, especially after the warranty expires; owners will not want the potential repair cost of PDK on a 911 with no warranty.

Parkerfe, spoken like a true E39 aficionado.
I knew that I recognized that name from somewhere..
