My Second Porsche: 991 C2S
Today I did it, traded my Cayman for a 2012 991 C2S. Silver w/black interior (my favorite colors), PDK/SC/PASM/BOSE/NAV and a couple of other things. Needless to say I am very happy with my new Porsche!

No, I did not track my Cayman but I did drive it all-out on twisty roads in S.E Ohio and that was close enough to get a good feel for it at the limit.
I did however drive a 991 with PDK/SC/PASM and a 991C2S with PDK/SC/PASM in Sport Plus mode on a road course at a Porsche Road Show. I did have the C2S at over 100mph before braking hard for a tight left which was followed by a downhill series of fast sweepers. That is what did it for me, I just could not get that run out of my mind. It was pure bliss.
The 991C2S accelerated so quickly and handled so incredibly good that it caused me to start searching for a 997S or a 991S to trade my Cayman for.
I have now driven a 987 Cayman, 981 Boxster, Panamara GTS, 991, 997C2S and 991C2S at speed on twisty roads, auto-x tracks and road courses. I am amazed that Porsche can engineer cars that have such distinctly different layouts but feel and handle so similarly. The biggest difference being HP. Even the Panamara was surprisingly better than I anticipated.
Also, the new 991 911 laps the Nurburgring 11 seconds faster than the 997 911.
Sorry for the long post, I couldn't help myself.
