UPDATE:

They are replacing both keys (requested white ones) and they are replacing all three control units including my instrument cluster and PCM (for the "intermediate service message". I requested that they change the dash from the Black to the Red.

I have a white on black cabriolet base. You guys think I should go with the Red Dash or stick with the stock black one?

 

Glad to hear you're getting some attention.

I thought the red dashes were bad at reflecting. I saw a picture posted the other day that you couldn't see the road ahead. I'm sure it's not as bad as that, but I don't hear people with black dashes talking about that problem.

Spoke to the rep and apparently all exclusive parts take too long so they can't get me either the key or the dash. I do get all new electronics though
