Interior looks great in that video. Having had both now I can assure the naysayers that there is NOTHING "less Porsche" about the Cayman over the 911.

Porsche can never make anything that will come close to the legendary 911

Both the new boxter and cayman look really tight though

Not for me. 991 is better. looking at the pictures Cayman is as usual, a boxter with the roof. And, looking at the picture of the backside, a ugly rear window...

Cayman has never conquered my heart, and i don't think this one will do...

I would say the Boxster Spyder is one of the best looking Porsches ever made. And among the best handling as well. The new generation - not so much.

I love the front and sides. I would like the back maybe after a nice diffuser and maybe a wing? Thanks for the upload!

Agreed with most here...

Front and sides look good - almost resembles a 599.

I'm a HUGE fan of the Cayman. I prefer the handling to past 911s.

As soon as they make an AWD turbo version, I'm sold. But I'll wait for the excuses to pour out explaining the logic behind not doing that.

Why is this posted in the 991 section?

AWD Turbo Cayman? That won't happen directly from Porsche. Remember, Porsche doesn't want the Cayman to compete with the 991. Then why would anyone pay 100k+ for a 991 when they can get a Cayman that will outperform it.

I suspect that this was intended to be a flame thread, but an intelligent conversation broke out…

To respond to the original question, while the new cayman looks nice, I think the 911 is still better looking. Attached are two side by side at the same color & best angle i could find
