wheels for winter tires

Any recommendations for inexpensive 19" wheels for winter tires?

I know of the Sport Edition (TireRack) Cup 4 wheels, which look good. Anyone use anything else?

I current have my winter tires mounted on my regular 19" rims that came with the car, but I'd like to permanently mount them on their own set of wheels so I can swap back and forth each season in the comfort of my own garage.

I would love to go with a set of OEM rims, but they are just too expensive for a dedicated winter rim.

I chose the BBS CH-R in titanium graphite finish. They look awesome and are much cheaper than the OEM wheels!

I'll second the BBS CH-R's.

No cheap Chinese made wheels for me.

I would look at Victor Equipment as an option...

I am using the Tire Rack package. I find that they look pretty nice and there are no quality issues. Balance is perfect! The wheels are TUV approved and are made bu Kosei in Japan.

Here is what the Cup 4's look like. Most find they look just fine for a good priced winter wheel. Please give me a call to order (it helps me out), thanks

Those Zehn wheels look pretty sharp. Do They fit the 991?

If moving to a dedicated set of Winter tires and wheels, it may be more prudent to downsize from 19" to 17". Cheaper wheels - cheaper rubber - and you can run a higher profile w/o any clearance issues.

The smallest wheel size that will fit the 991 is 19", which for most people is a downsize from the 20" summers.

I don't list smaller than 19" fitting for the 991 due to the change in the rear suspension.
