OP, did you consider any other colors? I'm torn between Agate Grey and Platinum Silver. I think both look great. I feel Platinum Silver might show the lines of the car a bit better, but the Agate Grey has some real depth and richness to it that seems unmatched. Can't decide.

Great price on labor. A little high on parts. All in all a fair price What some dealers do not realize is that the install on a base is very labor intensive and they bid it out at the s price. It should be about 600 more for labor

i love the 7MT, but went with the PDK. its my daily driver, and 2-3 days a week i am putting anywhere from 100-200 miles/day on it, so i went with the PDK.

the options i got included: PDK, premium package, sunroof, Bose, multifxnl steering wheel, black interior.

i am really wishing i got the PSE and am debating on getting it versus an aftermarket exhaust put on. anyone have any recs in regards to PSE sound on a non-S 991?
OP: re: Porsches in OK - agreed. I was in Atlanta last week purchasing my new to me 997T and saw many Porsches and other assorted nice rides not as commonly seen in OK. Maybe we'll meet up sometime to do some spirited driving.

Love the car and the tint looks great! I'm trying to decide on what % tint to go with for my black 991.

sounds good!

i've been going to some of the OKC PCA meetings.

i am hoping to to the Talimena drive in SE OK soon. maybe we should get a group of the PCA folks together for it.

that 997T looks sweet!

also, thanks everyone for the continued nice comments! the car is actually at the dealer getting PSE added, wheels swapped, and a few rattles fixed. should have some updated pics in the next week or so depending on weather. next weekend heading to napa! (unfortunately flying)

Nice car and color, but in regards to spending $3200 and not to get any performance from it is a waste, ask your dealer about aftermarket arts, and see if the are mod friendly. Good luck her, she is a beauty....

a few updates....

switched out the carrera classic wheels for the sportdesign wheels.

also, got PSE installed. absolutely love it. yes, it is overpriced (especially post order) but it sounds so much better, and i didn't want to mess with aftermarket parts at this point.

i took it out to my very first autocross today with my local PCA. it was fantastic! out of about 20 cars, it put up the 2nd fastest time, and that had 99.9% to do with the car and not the driver. i was super impressed with my base 911 and the PDK. loving this car!
