Wow, these residuals seem very low. When I was doing my research on past deals mentioned on this forum, the residuals were around 72-75% for a 24 month lease. Now it is 68% for a 4S (on a 15k a year lease).

Any reason for this? Can we expect residuals to go up in March? Or are these the numbers for March as well?

Does anyone know the lease rates for a 14 C4s? I was at the dealer today and got some numbers on a rhodium C4S coupe with a sticker of 130,750. They have shown an initial discount to 124,500. It looks like they are using a 68% residual for 27 months and a .0025 MF(which is not the base .0020) with first month and fees the payment is 1940 a month. My next question is will they be adding trunk cash soon? Offering better lease programs?

Thanks for the help

I am waiting to hear back from my sales person on the '14 discounts since they have a few '15's on the lot now.

As we sit today, I was offered 8% off MSRP, MF of .00225 and 77% residual on a 24 month lease

you can do better on the discount as you're really just below a 5%; my goal is to hit 10% or more on a discount with 15s hitting the lots. The particular car I am negotiating has been on the lot since March which might help me.

Thanks Rally similar situation. The c4s I am looking at has been there going on 4 months. I am guess the 77% residual is for a c2? The residual on the c4s is 68% for 27 months. Also are they showing a 27 mo or 24? I was told the rates on 24 mos is higher. The base rate for lease MF should be .0020, they are trying to make rate there. I made an offer of 115k on the car, any higher and it's not worth it to me. I'll see what they come back with. If this deal doesn't work I'll work a deal closer to the end of the year.

Tommy; this is for a C2S on a 24 month. Residual went down to 72 i think for a 27. The money factor they threw at me was .00235 but I had a dealer who wants to move cars and offered me .0022 and they matched as they were closer and had the car i'm interested in.

There seems to be a lot of inventory out there for C2S's and C4(S)'s as well. The dealer I am working with has about 4 C4S's with nice options and have agreed to match/beat whatever i've thrown at them from other dealers willing to wheel and deal.

Mostly everything can be negotiated down and a 10% discount i feel is doable. I'm with you on waiting until more 15's come out and they get deeper into this driving season with inventory.

You actually saw 2015's on the lot? Non Turbos?

I kept hearing about a minor facelift, but my dealer said not on the 991. Curious what the 2015's look like.

Thanks

My understanding is that the facelift is not coming until 2016 MY which will be out next July, a year from now.

If the 15's are coming out soon, 16's as soon as July? Seems soon? Or another mid year change possibly? 2015.5?? Not expecting anything drastic from the spy shots I've seen.

Personally, I think they are changing a little too quick.

Yup, two 15's one jet black one just black. No facelift just a few options...

I agree it seems like they're changing fast. I am on the fence because of the GTS rumors. Unless I get a killer deal then I will pull the trigger and just bite the bullet and hope to jump into a GTS after the 24 months.

Here is the deal I just inked on a 2014 C2 24mo lease. I live in CA and found a car in the Midwest. I searched almost every website in the country and only found 2 cars that had almost everything I wanted. My goal was to get to a base payment (before taxes) of 1% of MSRP and that's what I got.

2014 C2 PDK
MSRP:$105k
Discount: 11% off MSRP
10k miles/yr
Residual: 72%
MF: .00177
$0 cap reduction
drive off: 1st payment, title, acq fee.
Dealer paid shipping to CA
