Thanks guys for the info. Was going to go with a 4 yr lease but ended up getting a 2 yr lease .002 money factor 78% residual on a base made to order 991. I ordered it in nov and it just arrived. The monthly ended up being cheaper than the 4yr! Guess I'll get a new one in 2yrs!

If you haven't done so already, there's a surround sound setting in the menu of the BOSE that improves it to tolerable levels.

Had been leaning towards a new Cayman when my lease is up next year, but sounds like I need to check the residuals and roll with it. Unless they have similar deals on the Cayman, it may work that the payment on a Carrera is the same or less. Seems silly to pay the same for a car that's somewhere in the range of $20k less.
The MRMs leave much more room for options as well.
MRM Base Cayman=$67,500, Cayman S=$80,900, Base Carrera $106,380

I read somewhere that Porsche was pushing two years leases. This way they would get back low mileage two year old cars that they can sell CPO. There was a shortage of two year old 911's for sale.

1. Gap insurance included
2. 100k/300k
3. No diminished value..
4. This is dealer dependent. If you are buying or leasing another vehicle from the dealer they will definitely be less picky.

Residuals are always better on the 911s that the Boxster/Cayman. I had a new 981 Boxster S on order with an MSRP of about $76,000. I had the dealer run numbers a few weeks before the car came in last Summer and compared it to a base 991 with an MSRP or just under $95,000. The 991 was $12/month more on the same exact terms. I ended up bailing on the Boxster and taking the 911. Seemed like a no brainer.
Mine is a DD, so I'm looking at spending the $ on the Burmester, my dealer said he never orders cars with it since it's so expensive. Moving up to the Carrera opens a lot more possibilities because the MRM allows for more options.

That's what makes it difficult to order a car based on assumptions of lease rates when you actually get the car. I'd rather buy local, but it may make sense to just find a car with the options I want with known lease rates.

Porsche just has too many options it makes it near impossible to find a bare bones 991 with only sports performance options for a lot car. It's even worse with the S.
Good luck on your hunt.

Yep, I had the same thought, originally was going to build the car, then searched all around the US for a car close enough to what I was looking for, could never find exact so had to prioritize what I must have and could live without. Had some extras I definitely could do without, like PDLS and sunroof, and missing features I wanted like sports chrono and sports seats, but could live without.

I am ordering one with similar sticker and doing 24/12k, payment is also close to yours, but they want $3k drive off to cover the 1st payment and fees.
Thanks!
BTW, I know the risk of ordering and not having as good lease deal at delivery, but I couldn't find one in inventory I like, not even close. Figured the worst case get the deposit back.

I read your earlier post about $0 down, what was your total drive off?
