Hey all,

I just wanted to say hi and give a big thank you to all the active members on the board. I've been lurking for a long time, studying and refining what I wanted out of the car (and how to make it work with 2 little ones at home). I picked it up on Wednesday from Porsche of Fremont (really great group of people there), been enjoying the heck out of it as my DD in the gorgeous February NorCal sun. Oh, and this is my first non-Toyota vehicle, so it's a bit of an upgrade ;-)

Details:
2013 991 Carrera S Cabriolet
White w/Black roof
Black interior
Power Sport Seats (14 way)
Bose
Premium Package Plus
PDK
Sport Chrono
Sport Design steering wheel
Carrera Classic wheels
Painted wheel caps
Park Assist
Power Steering Plus
Electric Folding Mirrors
Headlamp cleaner in exterior color

Handing it off to Premier next week for full clearbra and 9500ci install, then getting PSE installed at the dealer.

Pic attached, yes I need to clean the garage out a teeny bit more. =)
Again, thank you for being an awesome community, you guys are the best!

~Matt

Matt, CONGRATS and Welcome. Beautiful Car! Did you decide to do PSE after your order locked?

Thanks guys! This is actually an off-the-lot car, I used up all my patience making sure my financial health was in order first (house, retirement, 529s, etc). When I was finally ready, I just wanted to do it. Fortunately for me, there's a bunch of dealers in the Bay area, so there was a lot of inventory to sift through. This one was close enough to what I wanted, and happily enough PSE can be added fairly easily.

@HotHond, funny enough the painted headlight washers is something I probably wouldn't have sprung for if I was doing a custom build, but I like them a lot.

Sure, would be happy to post the 9500 pics after install. I have a ~2 week business trip starting late in the week, so I won't be able to give it a proper review, but photos shouldn't be a problem.

Have you considered other exhaust options or are you set on the PSE.

Hey Matt,

It was good to meet you while you were at the dealership. You picked her up just in time for the awesome weather we are having here in the Bay. Let us know if you have any questions but I'm sure they can all be answered here Congrats again!

Thanks Raj, it was good to meet you at the dealership too! Very impressed with your entire crew!

@calguy, I was considering Tubi, but to be honest the ability to turn the exhaust mod off with a button is appealing to me right now. While this isn't their normal ride, my kids are pretty young and I was afraid the noise would be scary to them... plus I was worried about it getting annoying to me while sitting in gridlock with the top down. When my kids are a little older, I'll bring them with me to coffee and cars to see if they approve of any of the more aggressive mods. =)
