New Pirelli P-Zero Tread Depths

With 46 miles on the car, I measured the tread depths on all four tires this morning so I have a base line for monitoring tire wear.

The depths on all 3 main treads of the front tires measured 10/32, as I would expect. But I was surprised that the 3 main treads of the rear tires measure only 9/32.

Anyone else notice this? Anyone know why? They are obviously N-designated tires, meaning that Pirelli designed them together with Porsche. So assuming the tires are made to spec, it must be intentional.
