I am no expert, but is sounds like a great deal! Congrats!! My test drive was 15 miles so I think 5 is likely too high. And as for beating up a cold engine - If these cars are that delicate than German engineering needs some work. Noone except us car nuts warms up an engine anymore - some cars don't even have temp gauges - just a warning light. You got almost 10% off of a brand new car - I would make it 3 cold starts and drive it off the lot fast before they change their minds.

RUN, do not walk away from this deal. would never buy a DEMO. it got beat on for sure. 75K tops.
