Look is subjective to everyone, but one thing for sure this 50th is not only a limited 911 but also the car you only have one chance to buy in a lifetime (next would have been the 100th anniv). Any other 'normal' model you can order everyday, and any other limited edition you can buy at least every 6 years.

If you can still get allocation slot for this 50th, I even think it is worth the trouble finding buyer for your already ordered car and get this one, clearly since budget is not your concern and the fact that you do like the car.

You're right. That's what I was thinking too. It's a once in a lifetime oppertunity to order this edition.
The reason I'm bying a 911 is not just because I'm a Porsche addict myself. I shared that love with my brother who unfortunatly passed away when he was just 16, now 14 years ago.
I've been to the dealership today and decided to buy the anniversary model, regardless if they can cancel my previous order or not. This one is for my brother. He was a huge fan of the "classic" 911 and i'm very shure that he would have loved this anniversary edition. I feel that this is for me the way I can give a bit of it to him.
Budget is not limitless ofcourse, but I can afford it. Just have to cancel some other not very usefull stuff that was on the to-buy-list

Suzy, how do you feel about the Geysir Gray?
I am stuck between this and the graphite and need to decide this week. I usually do not like dark colours on cars. I am doing Euro delivery in the fall. I am afraid I will order the graphite, the safe choice and wish I ordered the unique Geysir after I see it in real life.

The car is available in solid black and solid graphitgrey or geysirgrey metallic.
It's in the Porsche configurator.
