Loading emails on PCM

Not sure I understand this need to see or read texts or emails while in the car. Whatever it is, it can wait. If it were really important, they would call and you can speak using hand free. I have heard and seen too many instances where driver was distracted texting or reading emails and got into accidents. Just not worth it in my opinion.
I have that option on my Q5 and I never use it. Just like facebook integration and all that BS. In a car I need to focus on the road, not on my emails

I have a March 2013 C2S build, i'm using an iphone 4s, i can access both text and email on the PCM screen. However, it takes several pushes and rotary *** dials to do it. accessing email and text on the phone itself is FAR easier. so:
1) don't access text/email while driving to begin with
2) if you are cheating, access the phone directly. PCM access is so convoluted it's 10 times worse than phone access
