Any way to delete unused radio pre-sets/memory slots?

Does anybody know if there's a way to delete unused radio pre-sets or memory slots? The FM tuner comes with FM1, FM2, FM3, Best, Mixed. Each grouping holds 6 stations. I only want to store 12 pre-sets, filling up FM1 and FM2. However, FM3 also holds 6 pre-sets, which are all filled with garbage.

Why does this matter?

I have the multi-function steering wheel. From the wheel, i can pull up a list of the radio pre-set stations and scroll through and select any of them. I'd love for this list to just have the 12 pre-sets in FM1 and FM2, not the 6 garbage/unused ones in FM3.

So, does anybody know if there's a way to delete unused radio pre-sets or memory slots?

Can you just recycle other stations into those 6? I stick around Alt Nation and scroll from there. I just use voice command to jump around if needed. Assuming you have it.
