RIndy is infamous around these parts
car prefers sport +

Just recently passed the 2k mile mark. I came across a clear stretch of twisties. While in auto I pressed the sport button for a short burst of spirited driving. Into the run I noticed a personality shift. She was revving over 6k and overall behaving quite frisky. I glanced at my console and the car was in sport + with SPASM on. I guess I could have pressed the wrong button but I don't think so. Is there a situation where the car auto switches? I had tried sport + on one other occasion and it took my breath away. I wasn't ready for it(I admit I'm a wimp). I thought I would save it for my first track day. Maybe she has just become impatient with me.

I have not yet tried launch control. I hope she doesn't surprise me with that!

Never heard of it switching "automatically" to sport +. I am sure you pressed the wrong button. But then again, I think you pressed the "right" button!! Glorious, isn't it??

Dr Jekyl with Sport+, love it even in my manual when it rev matches automatically on downshifts. Freakin' awesome.

I have had my car in sport+ from the first mile I put on it. I didn't pay for all those performance and suspension options not to use them all the time
