Sharkwerk side bypass installed on 991 base
Thanks to some buddies we had a DIY day and installed these sharkwerk side bypass over the weekend. It was extremely easy and took no more than 3 hours. We took out the rear tires just as another member did here. Only 4 bolts were removed on each side. Quality of the bypass pipes were top notch and perfect fit. More importantly the change in exhaust sound was dramatic. It now has a deep sound that is slightly louder than my Akarp system on the M3. They work perfectly on a non-S. However, I had to replace the tips since non S side muffler exits in the middle. But I know have one exhaust tip on each side that have no pipes connected. These would have gone to the center exhaust on the S model. I may put a coke can in it...

Hi..you didn't have any concerns about the air/fuel mixture due to the change in back pressure or voiding the cars warranty? I also have a non s 991 and would like to mod the exhaust. I'm afraid to screw it up. thanks!

Got a couple of videos so far.
Here's the 3.4 starting up and revving a bit:
Did another Carrera S today but the light was so bad... he's going to come back for some more stuff and wants to show it off so we'll get more clips

The sound of the car in the first clip (Carrera S) sounds much more aggressive than the second clip (Carrera). Is this mainly due to the Carrera S in the first clip also having a PSE centre or is the 3.4L with Sharkwerks a little more tame in sound than the 3.8 with Sharkwerks?
