Or do I need to do anything. I have heard some brake upgrades are required and a center radiator and I have also heard the car is fine as is. I would only go a half dozen times per year and only with the PCA.

U dont need any mods in the beginning, as you become more confident in your driving ability and The car you will discover many things about the car that u want to tweak.

Brakes stock are fine, suspension upgrade yea down the road, racing bucket seats, better tires and exhaust to get the total driving experience.

Not at a PCA DE. Boxsters, Miatas, lots of different cars show up. Stick with what you have to start. You may want to, sorry you will have to get new tires and brakes sooner than later if doing half a dozen events a year. It'd be a good idea to upgrade those first. If you want to go further and more often then you may want to get a dedicated track car. It'd be cheaper and easier to swallow if it were to slide into a wall.

The only thing you really need is a high temperature brake fluid like motul/pagid. If not, you'll likely exerience some brake fade towards the end of each session. A simple brake flush and add the fluid and you should be good to go.

^^^^^Just brake fluid and change it every 6months, and clear bra the front end.
what running group are you in?

you'll find that the 911s are out of the box ready for DEs.

Later on you may want:
19in wheels w/ sticky tires
alignment -"street/track"

I have no idea what this means so I don't know the answer. I have not been yet. The first DE is in a month.

you'll be in the beginners group and an instructor will ride w/ you.
just make sure you get a tech inspection and a helmet. thats all you'll need in the beginning. You'll figure it out as you go. Good luck

If this is your first event, don't do any mods, just listen to your instructor and have a good safe time. That's it!!!!!
