The steering column in espresso with deviated stitching looks sharp

Looks beautiful. I would always take that option, even with a black interior. Don't like the black plastic steering column.

The only thing I wish Porsche should offer is an option to get the back of the steering wheel covered in leather, or at least in the same color.

I can't believe the lack of knowledge and training Porsche has with their sales people in the exclusive area.

 

Couldn't agree more- I would've checked this box as well if it was offered...

Did Deviating stitch in Cognac come with the Additional Interior Package, dashboard in leather and Steering column casing in leather? or was it a seperate Z option code?

 

As far as I'm concerned Z options are not possible with bi tone interiors, so I guess it comes with it, I also got the extended leather in dashboard which will come w deviated stitching. But Richard can make that clear for us.

 

Some items from package do come with the cognac stitching. My salesperson and PCNA spent many hours getting it straight through codes and notes. In terms of hard $ most was in the end included other than steering column which was not expensive. It was less than 500 all said and done.

I ordered espresso / cognac, xns for steering column with notes, additional leather package dash, ICW leather interior extra package, center console leather, steering column encased in leather, sports seat back plus encased in leather

Your salesman has to include the following options and notes in the order:

Interior Leather
CZW Additional leather package dashboard. Stitching in cognac
XNS Steering column casing in leather

Z-options
24951 Carpet in deviated color espresso
90027 Deviated stitching for option XNS cognac


These Z-options ARE available, regardless of what your salesmen says. There are enough people that have these options already on their car.

One note I did my carpet in cognac and matts in espresso. Think espresso carpet on tunnel doesn't work well

 

That's standard on the Espresso-Cognac interior. I will make some renders later this day of the darker carpet.

Thanks Suzy, I've passed this info to my salesman. I've also included deviating stitch on steering wheel and deviated carpets

 

One note:

Carpet is the carpet on the floor, not the floor matts. These always come in the dark color with a two-tone interior.

Is the code 24951 specific to the expresso carpet of does the dealer have to specify expresso on the order?

 

It's not specific for Espresso. With Z-options the salesperson always has to specify the color.
