New Car and Driver-2014 Corvette beats 991 in head to head

I'm just going to chime and say something rather disturbing.
Turn a few pages of that magazine to discover the GT3 numbers and test results. Take a glance at the "as tested price" of the GT3 and prepare to laugh.
It's several thousand dollars less than the CS and that includes PCCB's.
How does this make sense at all? I wonder who would have won that battle?
I won't submit a letter to C&D but someone should point that obvious one out.

I don't usually look at Corvette threads . In the past it has never been a car that stirred my interest . I realize that they are fast and with the right spec offer a solid performance value .
But today I saw the new Corvette . This 2014 car in real life is absolutely gorgeous and the fact that it is priced well and upgraded impressed me .

Real value in the lineup is C2 and GT3 in my opinion

The rear styling was actually the first thing that got me to look at the rest of car (as i walked past it to my car).
I sincerely mean it when I say that I do like the way the entire car looks . I never felt the same way about previous Corvettes .
