?Why buy a trunk liner? I won?t need it.? Unless of course I decide to pick up a bunch of King Crab legs for our Valentine?s Day dinner. And then they leak... in the trunk. It is awful. Gone is the wonderful smell of leather and burning rubber. Replaced with the smell of the Deadliest Catch. Damn it. Marc I always heard it was the thought that counts :D :D :D :D

I thought the same thing! My wife always rolls her eyes when I refuse to valet park my car. Burnouts, door dings, broken spoiler lips--we all know the dangers. Horrendous B.O. is just icing on the cake. So I was using my wife's 328i for errands the other day and entered a parking garage where everything was double-parked. I was just running inside for 3 minutes, so I left the keys in the car and told the valet, "I'll be right back." I came right back to find him backing it into a newly available spot. He stopped, brought it back out, I tipped him, took off and was confronted with hasn't-bathed-or-showered-in-three-weeks B.O. The seat heaters intensified it. So here I was, in 25° weather, driving home with all the windows open. I think now my wife understands...
