smoked !

 

smoked looks great! I didn't like the clears on black. Silver or white cars it looks great.

 

I would vote all original red for a C4S as it has the center strip. Lower reflectors painted in body color though.

Otherwise, as already posted it in another thread: partly smoked option ('paint' job by a dealership):

 

I like the original red with the red strip.

 

Original.... Clears look very odd and smoked only look good on light or bright colors IMHO.

As relatively supported above--- the red oem tails are best... I don't like the dark murdered look on the 991.


I think Ill do clears on my Guards Red though

Smoked look good. Or, I would stick with the OEM red. Would definitely not do the clear tails with the red strip running across the back.

 

I also like the red! Smoke would be second with your color. JMO

 

There is actually another option. These are the VRT's head/led/tail's. All chrome now gloss black. Disassembled the taillight, hand scuffed all the chrome, then painted gloss black. We slightly tinted the red marker light below the led's under the clear lens, then re-assembling. Little bit of coin but really cool!

 

Personally, I actually like the clear lights. Its different enough to be cool from the boring stock red. To me, tinted taillights or head lights look cheap as hell.
First choice: Clear
Second choice: stock red
Third choice: Tint
