Thanks for the kind words guys. I'm going home after work to pick up the car and drop it off tonight to be detailed tomorrow and then I'll pick it up on Saturday. The forecase is cloudy and only 25% chance of precipitation on Satuday, so I hope to get a lot of photos and maybe a video after it's detailed.

So, I picked up the car on Saturday and had planned on taking a lot of photos and make a detailed video review of the car. But then I realized that I had only logged 60 km on the car to date and it was sunny when I got the car and rain was expected later that evening, lasting a couple of days. So, I decided to take a quick video and drive the car instead.
This is my first attempt at making a video with iMovie, please forgive the amateur quality.

I ordered my car in December, and I'm in Canada. There were some posts of people still getting cars recently, or some on lots if you wanted to find one.

Actually, I wanted to ask this question, how do you like the Opti-Coat. Was thinking of getting it professionally done, but they said it would be like 500-600 US bucks. Wanted to get your feedback on it and the application process.

If you get the Opti-Coat Pro done, it goes on thicker than the consumer version (Opti-Coat 2.0). It looked pretty good in the sun. It doesn't have the depth that you would get from carnauba wax, but I preferred the convenience of being able to pressure wash rinse and then leaf blower dry the car. I find myself in trial too much and don't have the time to baby my cars like I used to.
I think there was another member here that posted some good Opti-Coat pictures on an agate grey car that looked really good. It might have been Hammer911 either on here or Rennlist.
In terms of the application process, I let the detailer take his time. The car needs to be pristine before the Opti-Coat goes on. I had asked the dealership to not touch the car and left it to my detailer, Ken. Ken inspected the paint and said it was flawless, although all he had to do was spray some Iron-X on it to decontaminate the paint. Once that was done, he just had to apply the Opti-Coat and then topped it with Opti-Seal. I had the Opti-Coat applied to all the exterior surfaces, door jams, the black plastic portion under the frunk, the engine cover, full brake callipers, and full wheels. I dropped the car off Tuesday night, he did the work on Wednesday, then the car cured on Friday and I picked it up yesterday. This is my first Opti-Coated car, but I've read a lot and seen some other cars before deciding to go this route. I'll post my views over time with regular reviews as to how it's holding up.
I'm sure there are others on the forum who have far more experience with the product and can provide more useful feedback at this time.

I installed my clear LED side markers before going on a drive today. The PSE sounds so good. I still haven't felt the need to turn on the radio.
Here's a shot of my leather floor mats from Exoticare.
