To xpel the doors or not

To xpel the doors or not
I was looking for some advice from the community here.
My car presently has xpel on the hood and front and rear bumpers. I am about to get the front and rear fenders done.
Should I also get the doors done? Is it worth it?
The front bumper definitely takes abuse as does the rear bumper( in front of the rear wheels), but I am dot sure I should bother with the doors.
I do like the idea of not worrying about rock chips.

I did mine but have not parked where it mattered. It does make me feel more at ease as you never know when somebody will park by you just for spite - or key you. I also did my area in where the factory plastic is in front of the rear wheels and they went around the rear fender where a car door would hit. I can't even see the edge as it is on the lip. I just felt better doing it for whatever protection it gives.

xpel won't help you for door dings or keys :-)

I would be more inclined to get the front of the roof protected before the doors. I've not had a mar from road rash on the doors. The area just before the rear wheels, definitely. Hood, very much so.

I did around the windshield also. I have had rock chips there before so I did that too.
I know it may not help too much on the doors for door dings but if it is a small hit it will help. I have had someone key on my hood before and it did protect that as I simply replaced the film and it was fine. Of course if someone wants to do damage nothing will keep that from happening.

Actually it will - at least the ultimate film. The dent may be there but it certainly helps to avoid damaging the paint underneath. Plus the Ulimate self heals when scratched. Ask me how I know.....
