Help! DFW area dealer recommendations
Hello everyone,
Long time lurker, first time poster here. Recently moved to the Dallas area and am looking for recommendations on local dealers. To my knowledge there are 3: Plano, Park Place, and Autobahn.
Would greatly appreciate it if anyone could share their personal experiences with any of these dealers and also provide specific contact names.
Thank you!

I have dealt with Plano in the past even though John the service manager is a good guy their service department at Autonation is incompetent. I had a S5 that I used boardwalk/Auto Nation for and each time I brought it in there were more problems than before. I could not recommend Park Place more. Jim's manager Jeff Clairmont was easy to deal with as well.
Another guy you could try is John Hamilton. He is the president of the PCA Maverick group for Dallas and hosts alot of of drives etc. He works out of Fort Worth.

Thank you everyone for your replies. Much appreciated. Was contemplating Plano as it's a bit closer but appears Park Place is the place to go. Will post follow ups as my purchase process moves along. Thanks again!

I've had a good experience at both Porsche Plano and Park Place. Most recently purchased my 991S from Jeremy Boulet at Porsche Plano. He is a great guy to deal with - no pressure and very down to earth. Lot to be said about being close to home for maintenance and free car HAND washes - last car wash cost me a new 991, but couldn't be happier with the upgrade.
I read a discussion about Autobahn BMW totaling a customer's M5 and trying to put it off on the customer. Now that is a reason to avoid a dealer if true!
welcome to Dallas! Lots of great roadways to stretch your legs...

I had to go out of town to get the best price. I've used all three for service and they are all fine, but Porsche Plano has the best diagnostic technician for difficult issues / warranty problems.

Chuck-
If you are referring to Jon - I only let him do my upgrades and modifications. He is installing an x-pipe for me next week. Good guy and honest, real asset to Plano Porsche.

Tommy, Short answer is not yet. Think I just missed an opp. Been looking for a rhodium or dbm c2 with esp/cognac interior (a must for me). Park place had one but today it had been removed from their site. Might have to go the build route but don't know if I can handle the 3+ month wait...
