By law you are not required to do service at a dealer to maintain warranty.. At least in us.. Just have to maintain records..

I just got my 2 year service (oil change and brake flush) at Autobahn Porsche for $410. That did not include the state inspection or pollen filters as I didn't need them.

Entertaining thread that didn't give the op much guidance. I question the brake flush myself. I get it done anyway, but I'm not paying the $400 my dealer wants. The poster that gets it for $180 at a dealer in NJ, that's phenomenal. Either that or really makes you wonder.
One item for the op. If you have a 2 year old car, there is a benefit going back to the dealer and paying a little more. They do an "inspection" and if they find anything wrong, it gets repaired under warranty. The indi isn't going to replace anything under warranty. You could always go back to the dealer after the indi, but that is a hassle. Just food for thought.

Thanks!
Thank you all for replying. I ended up having the dealer do the 2 year service and a brake flush. I also had a warranty issue regarding my passenger headlight that was flickering. In expressed my disappointment in paying a significant amount extra in "inspection" fees and they agreed to discount the price by 15%. The brake flush was $229.
At the end of the day, I bought the car (versus lease) and owe it to myself to take care of the car for the duration that I own it...which may be another 4 years or so.
And yes...I'm glad I don't own a Lamborghini, the $15K service is out of my budget
