spacer help
Would like input on 7mm spacers on c2s- specifically what brand and whether there is noticeable difference in driving. I've read in other threads where there has been vibration noted- which is why i'm curious about brand of spacer. I'm not planning on tracking the car if that's helpful.
I'm thinking 7mm all around with increase in rear tire width to 305/pss and 245 front/pss
thanks

We installed 5mm on the front and 8mm on the rear with no issues at all. It all depends on personal preference. Here are a few pictures we took to give you an idea. For more information on the Spacer Kits Click Here.

No, just pasm. I'm mostly concerned about vibration which based on other threads and manufacturers responses in these threads, may be associated with "hub centric" style spacers- specifically I would like to know why some spacers appear as flush concentric metal rings and others have small "extensions" in the inner concentric opening. Does the latter style spacer prevent vibration by "locking" on the hub?

Yeah, that's right on point! Thanks. Still wondering the difference between small intermittent extensions in the center of some spacers vs. the continuous lip in the center of others- is this just different design per each individual manufacturer. Is one "better" than another?

I think it's just a different design.
In terms of vibrations, I don't think any real-world users on this forum have had any issues (with the exception of one person who claimed that they tracked differently after installing spacers).
Search "spacers" and you'll find a bunch of users that have installed several different brands.
Don't forget that your wheel bolts and locks will also need to be changed. Most kits come with bolts but not locks.

Same here. Agree that 7/15 is the perfect set up! Rear at 15mm fills the arches perfectly with no rubbing issues on stock (S) height. I will be upsizing to 305's SuperSports when the Pirellis wear out and MAY drop back (10 or 12 mm) if they look too wide.

That's great, I've been looking for them. Can you confirm that they are 14x1.5 with R14 ball seat? What's the shank length? I can't find that info on the product page. Thanks!

They are 14x1.5 with R14 ball seat, as all Porsche bolts are. Shank length is 50mm (35mm threaded length), which is 5mm longer than the original 991 bolts for vehicles without spacers.

Mine 991 is C2. The Porsche tech did a 7mm on one side and 15mm on the other in the rear. I did 7mm all the way around. The 15's probably looked better in rear but I was worried the 15mm would give me trouble at the track while loading up the suspension in the corners. I also changed the rears to 305's. The 7mm look great all the way around.
I went with RSS-Road Sport Supply in black. I would do the same especially since the bolts are also black. If you get the silver the bolts are silver and standout against the wheel.
