nj991s GT Silver 991S Journal

+1 on GT Silver. I had my car in for service yesterday at Paul Miller and they have a gorgeous (and mint) GT Silver 997 TT with a 6-speed manual in the showroom. The color has to be seen in the flesh to be appreciated. It was truly gorgeous.

Why can't they make a decent silver color for no extra charge? The GT or "Classic silver" offered on the Cayenne" should be core colors. They are both awesome. The "Blueish" Rhodium and "Champagne" Platinum Silvers are to be desired (in my opinion).

I agree that there should be a more neutral, standard silver in the lineup like Classic or Arctic Silver (believe that's what they called my '01 Boxster's color). I do like the uniqueness of the GT Silver, which is probably a result of the up charge. I'm personally not a fan of the Rhodium, and have yet to see a Platinum in person, although in some images it seems to be close to GT, with some subtle difference in the base, or undertone, which may be why they cut it from the lineup?
