Martini decals

Does anyone know where can I buy Martini decals for my 991 carrera s?

One more question:

My car is metallic Mahogany w sports design aerokit, do you think they might look good on it?

I know the original colors for these decals were in white, black, silver and red cars...

not sure where to get the decals, maybe a vinyl sign shop or wrap biz could make knock offs if you brought them hi res files??

Please post pics of your car, I don't think I have ever seen an aerokit car in Mahogany--that's gotta be a very rare combo.

And since you asked, I personally don't think the decals will look good on your color car, but that's one man's opinion--I think white is the best color for it.

I would think that since Porsche will be offering the "Martini" edition cars with graphics, that not long after you will be able to purchase the decals from any dealer as OEM parts. Having a third-party graphics shop recreate the decals is a good option, but you'd have to find someone that is good at working from photos and can capture the correct dimensions, etc. Might be costly as a one-off.

Agree with BlackSpeed, the Martini colors may not be the best on Mahogany. Would love to see pics of your car regardless -- don't see many in this color!

try http://magnagrafik.com/
They have them.
You could ask to talk to (Dan Porter) he helped me order mine with ease.

Regarding the color match.... maybe the (Black widow) style decals to match ur exterior?
Ask Dan maybe they have more pics than their catalogue shows?

Guys and their stickers... My wife laughs at me for putting stickers on my tool box. When she met me, I had them on my dressors. In my opinion, stickers belong on the toolbox and not on a car, but I'm a detail freak.

Since you asked for an opinión, on a Brown car is absolutely a no go for me. On a white/silver, hmm...maybe magnetics to have fun on the track, never for the streets.

Hey guys, The SD aerokit I just ordered it this week from suncoast, so hasn't been installed yet.
I did some work how it will look on the Configurator and also did some research of images:

-First 2 photos are with Configurator (I intend to paint the wheels same color as car.

-3&4 photo is a gt3 in mahogany, not exactly same spoilers but you can get an idea if how it will look with a more sporty lines.

- 5 & 6 photos a carrera w SD front bumper, can't see if it has the ducktail and the wheels are not the way they will be on mine.

-7 photo they way it might look close the martini decals on a dark color

I hope this helps

I had the Martini stripe put on the hood of my white C4 and the magnetic rear fender guards I ordered from Dan at Magnagrafik. I did this before a track event I went to at Mid Ohio. I left the hood stripe on for 4 months, but then got tired of it and have since removed it and now have the Carbo Fiber look magnetic stone guards. Dan at Magnagrafik does a great job.

IMHO, the stripes look good on white, black, silver....but that would be it. And I removed them because of the "extra attention" i got with the stripes.

Your Mahogany 991 looks sharp!

I think if you do a full color set on Mahog Brown its not going to look good. It's not a race car, so you don't want to tart it up like it is. Better to go subtle in that color - do something in a fade out solid color, like a light silver/grey if you want decals. Sort of a Tribute Car rather than full livery.

The day Martini pays me to advertise their products on my car, is the day graphics go on. If you want stripes, check out the Porsche Design Edition 2 series graphics. They can be as subtle as matt clear stripes on your colored car. You'll see them as no color shift, just a finish shift.

The three stripes looks really nice!
Do you know where can I get those?

Probably would do black mat or light grey, what do you suggest for the mahogany?

Those stripes are factory, but I'm sure can be replicated. For your car, clear matt. You'll notice them more than you think. Of course no clear mask over it. For a more bold look, GT silver with silver wheels, and black or cocoa interior. If you went with tan interior, silver stripes wouldn't look good.
