Watches with red dials are hard to find. Orange, blue and yellow are much easier especially with dive watches.
Omega has made a few Speed Masters over the years but this one is a mere $4,700 retail.
Another Omega in the Sea Master dive series. Around 6 k.
I think this Glashutte Original Sport Evolution would be your best but. I don't know if they make them anymore but that might be a good thing since it will cost you close to 10k used. They also made a tourbillon version for close to a 100 K. I would be real curious how many people buy a 100 k red tourbillon.
All of these would accept any number of red leather, rubber or NATO bands.
I really like the Sea Dweller above it is an excellent watch and one of the few Rolex watches I like but it does not really have much red on it.

Go for contrast...
I would go for the Rolex Daytona. If you have ever tried one on you know what I mean. It, along with a few others, really fit well and are very comfortable.
You can always get a Red Nato strap...
Hey, you asked...lol

Not a big fan of rolex, check out the brietling line, you can customize many of the watches and are as good if not better than rolex...the Omega's are also nice but I don't believe in the same category as rolex or brietling.

The Omega Michael Schumacher Edition Speedmaster has some nice red dials. I have an 18k yellow gold Speedmaster Date that matches the gold frunk emblem and the wheel emblems nicely on my 911 Turbo!
But seriously, not knowing how important red is to you, there are some nice, true mechanical watches by Porsche Design, not those dumb $600 911 quartz watches Suncoast sells.
Another angle on it would be to look at the Tag Heuer Carrera line of Chronographs. No official Porsche tie in, but the name is the same, and there are red dialed ones available, and they are race themed.
Panerai fan myself also. Getting a new one tomorrow.

No way should you pay $10k for a Tag seeing they don't make their own movement. Might as well get a quartz watch from Suncoast. Wait until next year, Apple iWatch will come in various colors. And you can put any car as a screensaver, in case you decide to get rid of the 911.

Enjoy your iWatch.

The TH 1887 is a Japanese (Seiko) based movement.

I actually like the way TH look and they're relatively good value. But if the OP is interested in a true luxury watch, I would suggest he not spend money on TH just because of their history and reputation. Unless he gets a vintage Monaco or something like that.
the iWatch comment was sarcastic. I'm an Android guy! But IMO at a certain level a derived movement might as well be a quartz watch. Like I said, I actually like the way TH look, but just don't be under the impression it's all that special compared to my quartz watch!

And whatever you consider a true luxury watch is not necessarily what someone else would. There are TH watches above the $10k price point as well as the $2-$4k price point many of them fall in.
Hey, feel free to think your quartz Android is as nice as a Swiss mechanical. I won't try to convince you otherwise.
But actually, the OP seems more interested in a watch that color matches his car more than anything else. Wouldn't be among my criteria at a $10k price point.

Maybe a Porsche design watch with a red dial?

Or a Chopard Mille Miglia Rosso Corsa? (Should fit right in your budget)
