Need tires - replace rears only or all 4?

No great mystery - Michelin undoubtedly didn't want to pay whatever "licensing fees" Porsche wants for an N-spec label; Pirelli and Bridgestone were willing. It's even more interesting because Michelin does supply other tire series for other Porsche models. But that's capitalism I guess.

Jason, thx. I would never have different tires on the car. my question was whether i should get two new Pzero rears and wait until that set wears out to replace with MPSS. After I visited your shop, the wheels began to turn since the rear tires are slowly wearing down. Just thinking ahead.
btw - what prices do you guys have on the MPSS installed? PM or email me.

You've got an email as well

The debate as to P0's and MPP's will go forever as will the replace in pairs or all. The sub discussion also usually goes to fixing flats and patch/plug vs replace.
Unless you have all the money in the world I replace in pairs, but of the same type. And have no problem using a patch on one if I get a nail. (Done debating that tired and worn out topic).
And of course it would I'd replace all four if the wear warranted but rarely do the front and rears hit the same wear level limits at the same time.
Personally I think all the bellyaching about P0's is unwarranted. I've gotten good wear out of mine and I find them to ride just fine. Maybe MPP's are better but I have no real reason to go that route as I'm satisfied.
When I first started reading all the tire posts a year and a half ago, I thought for sure my P0's would be shot at 10K miles and I'd want shift to MPP's for ride and quiet. Honestly that is the least of my worries. I've to 10K on my P0's and it looks I'll probably get about 20K out of them. And I'll probably replace them with the same..
