I've seen better deals posted here.
Certainly better than $38,000 to drive 20,000 miles.

Well the dealer is not marking up the money factor and there is 0 cap cost reduction in this deal. Just minimum drive off. He is discounting an ordered car by $10500 which is 9% off.
Is there more room for discount that I can ask ?

My apologies, but I really don't know your situation.
Not sure what options the car has and how you intend to use it / expense it.
In any case 9% is a very good discount, even for a lot car.

If it seems like a good deal to you, then go for it.
But I wasn't trying to dissuade you from this purchase.

A quick search on this forum for the term "lease" will provide some good reference points for lease payments.
For example..

Best of luck with your decision.

If the car has the options you want its a very good deal - because its a 2016 you wont see many dealers discounting them so soon

If the dealer isn't marking up the MF, you're not going to find a better lease deal unless another dealer gives you a larger discount than the 9% you've negotiated. Not certain you'll be able to get much more than 9%, even for a lot car.

Seems like a good deal to me! Very nice discount, fair terms. What happened? Did you do it? If so, pics are mandatory!
