Coating
#2
Had mine done almost a year ago, in conjunction with Expel on the front. Nothing sticks to it including bugs, dirt, water. It makes clean up sooo much easier.
The important thing is having the paint prepped correctly first. I had my detail guy do it as they were doing the Expel also, but if I had to do it over I'd just have the detail person correct/polish the paint, put the Expel on and then I would of applied the CQuartz myself as it's easy enough to do.
It's a simple wipe on wipe off process that anyone can do. Nanotechnology has really advanced these days and I'm sure many of the products out there are similar. I chose CQuartz after some research and the detail shop I use happened to apply it along with applying the Expel wrap.
