Hey everyone,

I am new to the forum and actually new to forums in general.

I am considering purchasing a 2013 991 that is out of state. But, I am unsure of the interior which is Yachting Blue.

I'd really like to see the interior color in person before making my decision on the purchase. I was wondering if there is anyone in Arizona or Los Angeles that would be willing to show me their Yachting Blue interior. I'd really appreciate it and it would also be nice to meet a fellow Porsche fan!

Any thoughts from Yachting Blue owners out there would be much appreciated.

That's a pretty rare color.

Try the rennlist 991 forum, it has more traffic.

I nearly bought a '13 C2S that was Dark Blue with Yachting Blue interior... it was actually very nice. Darker than those pics show.

 

How blue did it the interior look in the sun? As blue as those pictures or darker?

 

Darker IMHO... I think the flash really washed out the color.

 

I owned a yachting blue interior S cab for two years and can reassure you that the color does NOT photograph true. It is darker than pics and has a very slight gray undertone. More pleasant on the eyes than navy blue. It is not a bright blue.

 

this is a good example of the blue interior. It is fairly dark and you have to be up close to notice it.
