Evaluate Clear Bra Installation Quality

Hello all. Just got 3M Scotchguard Pro installed but not really sure about the quality. Appears to be some misalignments and particles. Please have a look and provide feedback.

License hole and cap misalignment

Headlight cleaner misalignment

Jagged edge tucked into headlight

Particle under hood

Waviness

Wavy lines

Not the best job I've seen...

Overall how noticeable is it to you?

Pretty noticable to me. Bugs the hell out of me. The installer is saying for $1000 his job is superb. I would rather pay $500 more to get a better job as most places charge $1500 in my area.

$1000 for a full front clip wrap is cheap. Quality installers in LA are 1500-1600 minimum.

This would bother me so much that I would not have taken the car home.

Sorry to say but i bet the car has razor cuts in the paint. Remove it and take it to a good installer and try to get your money back. So many hacks out there.

Pretty picky. The misalignment, does that make a difference? With clear bras you really need to decide if you want to spend $2k for some plastic film, or get a pre cut bra for half the money. The flaws can probably be taken out if you point them out to the installer. Was this a full hood and fender install? Was the car driven much before the install? $1k is very cheap for a full front wrap. You might wish to decide if you want a pre cut wrap or a custom one. Big difference in looks and cost. I think custom cuts are a waste of money, but some people are demanding about the plastic finish. Can be done flawlessly if you pay up.
