What is a good price for this 991?

If the car is listed for 78 and you think that 74 is a fair price for it, then you should negotiate the car down to 74. I'll bet you can get it, or darn close to it, especially if you can wait a month or two (assuming that they don't sell it first). It's always a game.
Agreed. I have bought and sold many German cars...mostly BMWs and some Mercedes. I enjoy negotiating....911's are a little different due to the limited numbers and limited buyers. This one has exactly the right option package for me (all the performance boxes are checked). With time, the dealer will definitely lower the price and be more amenable to a deal. I currently have a 2010 Carrera, so I'm struggling a little bit with getting this one as what I have is a lot of fun....just would like a newer S model more, ha.

Exactly. That's how I buy as well. But I only do that once I am 100% I want it, and still reviewing a couple things.

can you get a VIN? Original MSRP? Looks like a 130kish with the options you listed.
Without CPO I would guess they are asking around 80k. If you can get it for around 70k, it would be a decent deal.
I would try to get CPO if possible.
I paid 84k for a similar spec 7MT white 2013 C2S with CPO (PDCC, SPASM, SC, Sports Exhaust, sunroof, sport techno wheels) 20k miles
