2017 Base Carrera with 2015 20in Carrera S Turbo Wheels

I have a base 2017 carrera 911 with stock 19in wheels.

Can I put my but my friends 20in 2015 Carrera S Turbo wheels and just mount them?

Do I need spacers for sure?

I hope not.

thanks for the help.

You definitely won't need spacers, as the wide-body (Turbo) wheels offset will be very aggressive on your base. They will fit; you'll just have to decide whether the rear tires stick out too far from the wheel well. I'm not sure if he's running 305 or 315s on the rear. 305s would be the limit for me. 315s would look out of place, IMO.

Edit: Of course if these wheels are center locks then the discussion is moot. Obviously.

He has the reular stock Pirelli P Zero wheels. Are those 315?

Just to be sure, these Turbo S wheels are coming off a 2015 Carrera S coupe, not a "911 Turbo Car"

not center lock wheels.

What do yo think?

Am I good?

I'm not sure what the Turbo S wheels are, but you're good if they're OEM from a 991 S.

Thanks Murox, but will they stick out too far and make my car look strange or too aggressive?

I want my car to look like factory spec.

If I bought a 2018 base Carrera with Turbo S 20in wheels would the by the same size as these coming from the 2015 carrera S.

If so then they would stick out the same no?

The spoke design appears identical.

The offset for all the narrow body cars, which include the base and the S (not 4, 4S and Turbo) are the same, so putting OEM wheels from a narrow body S on your base will have a stock look.

I am personally running 4S (wide body) offset wheels on my narrow body S, with 295s on the rear instead of 305s. To me, that is the perfect fit for the rear. I'm running 10mm spacers on the fronts.
