How PPF can protect your paint from vandalism
The title says it all. Pretty disappointed at what some people would do to other people's property. Well at least this 911 was fully wrapped and protected with ClearGuard Alpha:

As soon as he said San Francisco I just laughed. Of course it was SF. If you have ever been there, there are hundreds if not thousands of homeless and mentally ill people wandering about and angrily shouting at anyone and everyone. I have watched them walk down the middle of Franklin Street (one way street) right in the middle of traffic and kick cars and just keep walking. Of course the police do nothing and even if they wanted to the new idiot DA would never prosecute. The solution- get the hell out of San Francisco- it is a lost cause thanks to the liberals who run it.

I spent a considerable amount for my high end PPE (front end) on a 991.1 ... I can't say I was ever all that happy with it. it looked ok and was well done.. But never really liked how it seemed to diminish the look.. Mine is black and maybe it wouldn't be as noticeable on lighter colors.
But I absolutely won't be installing PPE on my next build. My situation has changed as well as I did daily drive on SoCal freeways up until recently and did pick up a few rocks here and there which it helped out with. But I'm not sure which is worse a torn PPE or a chip in the hood? I came to the conclusion that PPE was sort of like my mother having plastic covering on the sofas...
Where I am now I don't drive on freeways, but when I do they don't contain the amount of rocks and garbage present on SoCal freeways so the chances of road rash have greatly diminished.
I Can't speak for the value of protecting a high end 911 while parked on the street in cesspool cities, as I would never have thought about doing that. .. but that just seems like a wish and hope.
