Carerra T (the Jesus Porsche)

Carerra T (the Jesus Porsche)
Maybe a little extreme in the title. But seriously, the Carrera T with the manual only, blue tartan interior with wood **** is the first exciting 911 introduced in a while - for me.
I lost a little faith when I got a 992 GTS that I waited 2 years for and then sold it months later and went back to 991.2 (zero regrets)
I appreciate that there are a lot of factors at play (safety laws, racing needs, asian market preferences etc..), but the 992 is a hard sell for me. It's too good, too planted, too fast in the wrong way and therefore less 911-y. I like a 911 that feels like you're working it hard on a back road. To do that in a 992 GTS and certainly the 992 GT cars, you have to be going well into triple digits. I live in suburban CT. No canyons or big roads around here.
Anyway, I digress. Just a kudos post to Porsche for still offering a "cool" 911.
