Thanks; the lift makes servicing the fleet a lot easier. But if I had to do it again I would make certain the floor below the lift is perfectly level. When we built the garage we had the concrete sloped down towards the floor drains. The unfortunate side effect is that the rear of the car is lower than the front when approaching the lift so the back arm cannot make it under the car if it has been lowered significantly. I use Race Ramps to compensate but ultimately I want to create a form in that area and pour self leveling epoxy to permanently fix the problem.

The R32 is a hoot on the track. It isn't quite stock and we have lots of fun with our P-cars pals.

Do you have any problems reaching the front lift points on the 993's with those L shaped from arms on the lift?

Actually once the car is centered evenly (side to side and front to rear) it is relatively easy to catch the lift points on the 993 chassis. I use hockey pucks for lift pads.

As I mentioned in a previous post the major challenge is clearing the rocker panels on lowered cars. I have lowered both the 993 turbos to RoW spec and therefore have to use ramps to clear the bottom.

That's good to hear my lift looks identical to yours. I haven't put my lowered 993TT on it yet. It's the only lift I can get any of my lowered cars on with out having to first jack them up.

wow, sounds like it must be amazing to see in person!

I'm also from the Cleveland area (Westlake) ...do you (or did you) have a cage in your blue 993? I saw a similar 993 turbo on I90 in Lakewood that had big wheels and a roll cage inside. The thing looked awesome rolling on the freeway.
